Global Inclusion

Celebrating differences

We understand that building a truly diverse team is just the first step. Our ongoing focus is creating and maintaining a workplace that actively champions flexibility, recognizing that individual needs and working styles vary significantly. Our goal is to foster opportunities for professional growth, personal development, and genuine connection among employees. We believe that when individuals feel supported, valued, and empowered, they can contribute their best work and thrive both personally and professionally.

Welcoming multiple viewpoints and perspectives

At Sonos, we aim to embrace the unique experiences, insights, and ideas each individual brings. We believe diversity of thought fuels creativity and drives innovation. That’s why we’re committed to cultivating an environment where different perspectives are not only welcomed, but actively sought after and celebrated to help us push boundaries and achieve our best work.

To help make sure all voices and ideas are heard, we encourage employee feedback and cultivate connection through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). With dedicated funding and monthly events, our eight ERGs help build community and offer valuable insights to support the needs of our diverse workforce.

Empowering innovation in the marketplace

Our commitment to inclusion goes beyond our internal culture - it’s embedded into our products and experiences. We build teams that invite different viewpoints to foster new ideas and ensure inclusivity is considered at every stage of our product development process. Through dedicated initiatives, we continuously refine our products to be more intuitive, adaptable, and ultimately, more accessible. We believe that accessibility and inclusivity are essential to creating exceptional products that resonate with a diverse global audience.
