Climate Impact

We're committed to action

Climate change poses a serious threat, so we've come up with a four-point plan to do our part that starts with listening to those at the forefront of this fight.

Step 1

Measure

Every year, we map greenhouse gas emissions across every aspect of our business, from the materials we source and how we travel to the way customers use our products. Our 2024 footprint amounted to 986,020 metric tons of CO2e.

Emissions Footprint

  • 58%

    Product Energy Usage

  • 28%

    Supply Chain Manufacturing

  • 1.1%

    Logistics and Distribution

  • 2.9%

    Other

*Scope 3 emissions, as defined by the GHG Protocol , represent 99.9% of our overall footprint. Other includes Capital goods, End-of-life treatment of products, Fuel-and-Energy-Related Activities (not included in Scope 1 or 2), Waste Generated in Operations, Business Travel, Employee Commuting, and Upstream Leased Assets.

Step 2

Cut

Through annual emissions measurements and comprehensive product life cycle assessments, we identify the reduction initiatives with the greatest impact. We’ve set measurable targets in the areas contributing most to our footprint: energy efficiency, supply chain manufacturing, and logistics and distribution.

Product Energy Usage

We're developing solutions to reduce the energy consumptions of our products while they are in use and when they are idle .

Supply Chain Manufacturing

We’re working with our major suppliers to incorporate climate-friendly practices, such as switching to renewable energy sources.

Logistics and Distribution

We’re improving our distribution and logistics network to make it more efficient.

Step 3

Neutral by 2030

We aim to reduce our total Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions by 30% by 2030. To address the remaining emissions, we invest in high-quality carbon offsets that support the conservation of natural resources.

Step 4

Net zero by 2040

We aim to reduce our total Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions by 37% by 2040. As carbon removal technologies continue to advance, we’ll shift our investments to focus on scalable removal efforts.
